The Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) of Dubai has granted the first-ever Operational Minimum Viable Product (MVP) license to Binance FZE, the Dubai branch of Binance. Binance is authorized to offer authorized services in Dubai under the terms of the Operational MVP license, first serving qualified institutional and retail investors.
