Binance, the cryptocurrency exchange, has reopened registration and access to its services in Belgium after a three-month suspension mandated by the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). The FSMA had ordered Binance to cease operations in Belgium in June, citing violations related to service provision from outside the European Economic Area.
