Lugano, the economic hub of Italian-speaking Switzerland, will integrate Polygon’s proof-of-stake protocol into its payment app, MyLugano. The upgraded version features a multichain wallet supporting various tokens and plans for more integration. Polygon, a major DApp network with $5 billion secured, partnered with Lugano in 2022, initially for the LVGA stablecoin. MyLugano also launches an NFT collection, leveraging artist Yuri Catania’s mural on Polygon’s network.
