Ralf Glabischnig is an Austrian entrepreneur and investor, based in Switzerland and Dubai. He is a serial entrepreneur, actively building a worldwide Blockchain ecosystem with a focus on Switzerland and Liechtenstein in the famous “Crypto Valley” and the Middle East aka “Crypto Oasis”.  

On top of this ecosystem, he is active in three business areas, Management Consulting & IT Services, Venture Capital and Venture Building! 

Together with his business partners, Ralf is the founder and main shareholder of 15 companies and invested in more than 40 startups through several venture capital structures. 

His focus goes to the Inacta Group with ventures in the areas of Tokenization (Tokengate.io), Securitization (Gentwo), Crypto-Payments (inapay), Provenance (Proofx). Additionally, he is involved in companies fostering the ecosystem, such as SHED, CV Labs and Crypto Oasis Ventures with connected coworking and event organizations. He has been also a founder of CV VC and a founding member of the Crypto Valley Association and the Swiss Blockchain Federation.

Saqr Mashhor Ereiqat is the Co-Founder / Managing Partner of Crypto Oasis Sentio, the ecosystem investment structure of Crypto Oasis. He is also the Founder of Riddermark, a boutique advisory firm that invests and grows fintech, blockchain, healthtech, and govtech solutions. 

A thirteen-year veteran of IBM in Middle East and Africa, he is the former Head of Public Sector Consultancy in Dubai, where is recognized as a pioneer in enterprise blockchain, being a co-author of the first IBM blockchain for government methodology and helped define the official government blockchain strategy of Dubai. While at IBM, Saqr led projects in 23 countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa where he worked with both public and private sector entities to define, create, and implement their blockchain strategies. Former clients include DHL, Shell, Airtel, Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Smart Dubai Government Establishment and The Prime Minister’s Office. In the field of healthcare, Saqr has advised several large hospital conglomerates on their technology strategy and set up the National Health Lab for Emerging Technology for the Saudi Arabian Government. He is currently working with the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), the Arab Youth Center, and the Founder Institute as a mentor supporting startups in the region. He is a BlockChain Aficionado for the Blockchain Founders Fund and other Blockchain-related organizations.

Faisal is an award-winning chartered marketing professional, having won the best marketing initiative of the year at the CCAwards consecutively for the years 2015 and 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing of B2B and B2C products working mostly in the real estate, big data, research, construction and manufacturing sectors and has undertaken positions in Germany, South Africa, Qatar and the UAE. He has also worked as an independent writer and consultant on marketing projects in the FMCG, Medical, Fashion and Hospitality sectors.

Earlier on in his career he was involved in landmark projects like Burj Khalifa, the New Hamad international airport and Dubai Metro helping market and sell products from the American and European market. Graduating from the London School of Economics with a BSc Hons in business and marketing and completing my Masters, from the EBS Universität in Germany and the University of Stellenbosch in Cape Town where he majored in Marketing and Consumer Psychology.

He has played a strategic role and lead in the creation of the partnership data partnership with the Dubai Land Department. As a result he launched Mo’asher, the first official house price index for the Emirate of Dubai and continued writing it for 3 years. In 2020, Dubai climbed up three places in JLL’s Global Real Estate Transparency Index and further strengthened its position as MENA’s most transparent real estate market. He wrote, designed and published Mo’asher on behalf of the government every month. I am currently also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
