Kapital Bank and Ravnaq Bank, private Uzbekistani banks, have gained approval from the National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) to enter the digital crypto regulation sandbox. Both banks are set to issue Mastercard-powered plastic crypto cards, named UzNEX, integrating a bank account with a crypto exchange.
