Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), the UAE ADGM regulatory arm, is the first MENA regulator to issue a DeFi discussion paper to engage with industry professionals and other decision-makers to explore the potential opportunities arising from DeFi, associated risks, and what a future regulatory framework may look like. Financial institutions, digital asset entrepreneurs, and policymakers in the DeFi community have been invited to participate in a discussion paper released by UAE ADGM and FSRA.
